We are looking for an

experienced and confident Senior Hostess

to join our waterfront restaurant at

Marina Walk

.
The ideal candidate will be the

face of the restaurant

-- warmly greeting guests, engaging with people walking by, and encouraging them to dine with us.
This position requires

strong communication skills, charisma, and a proactive approach

to attracting and welcoming guests while ensuring a smooth seating and service experience.

Guest Engagement & Attraction

Actively approach and engage with people on Marina Walk in a

friendly, professional, and welcoming manner

. Confidently

promote the restaurant's menu, specials, and atmosphere

to attract walk-in guests. Maintain deep knowledge of the restaurant concept, cuisine, and promotions to answer guest inquiries effectively. Create a positive first impression that reflects the brand's image and hospitality standards.

Hostess & Reservation Duties

Welcome guests at the entrance and manage seating arrangements efficiently. Handle

reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists

using the POS/reservation system. Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth table flow and service coordination. Manage guest requests (special occasions, VIPs, group bookings, etc.) with professionalism.

Guest Experience

Build and maintain relationships with repeat and potential customers. Collect guest feedback and relay it to management for service improvement. Assist with restaurant events, special promotions, and social media engagement if needed.

Team Support

Lead and train junior hostesses in guest greeting and promotional techniques. Collaborate closely with the restaurant manager and floor team to maintain guest satisfaction and occupancy goals.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Hostess, Senior Hostess, or Guest Relations role in a high-traffic restaurant or cafe.

Excellent English communication

skills; other languages (Arabic, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.

Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality

-- comfortable engaging with people in public. Professional appearance and grooming that aligns with luxury hospitality standards. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay: AED6,000.00 per month
