Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Healthcare Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, machine learning, and healthcare data. The Healthcare Data Scientist will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to support the development of diagnostics and precision medicine use cases. Key Responsibilities: . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions to support the development of diagnostics and precision medicine use cases. . Develop and implement machine learning algorithms to analyse large and complex healthcare datasets. . Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and refine them based on feedback from stakeholders. . Build predictive models to identify patients at risk of specific conditions or diseases. . Work with clinical teams to integrate machine learning models into clinical workflows and decision-making processes. . Design and implement experiments to test the effectiveness of new diagnostic and precision medicine use cases. . Communicate results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Qualifications: . Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field. . 5+ years of experience in healthcare data analytics, machine learning, and data modelling. . Strong programming skills in Python, R, or other relevant languages. . Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch. . Knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulations such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR. . Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
