Senior Manager Data Scientist will have the following skills\xe2\x80\xa6

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Data Science and Digital Marketing Specialist initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will oversee various aspects of data management, analytics, developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns for our diverse range of clients in the money saving and loyalty app area. Your expertise in utilizing relevant tools and methodologies will enable our clients to effectively reach their target audiences, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, possess the ability to extract & analyze data to enhance campaign performance, be comfortable attending client-facing meetings and contributing to strategic discussions in an advisory capacity. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize customer engagement

Responsibilities:
  • Data Lifecycle Oversight: Provide a comprehensive overview of the data lifecycle, ensuring a seamless flow of data from source systems to data consumption. Collaborate with relevant architecture components to meet analysis, dashboard, and data insight requirements.
  • Plan and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns across various channels including App Based Messaging, Email Marketing and SMS.
  • Data-Driven Account Direction: Provide strategic direction to the key account team based on insights derived from data analysis. Enable the team to proactively engage with clients and effectively manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as planned for the year.
  • CRM Strategy Development: Collaborate in developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy aligned with the company\'s B2B objectives and goals. Identify target customer segments and create customer personas to guide personalized marketing efforts.
  • Dashboard Development, Visualisation and Automation: Build and optimize interactive dashboards using Tableau. Streamline reporting processes and automate data-driven activities, empowering business stakeholders with self-service capabilities and maximizing scalability.
  • Analytics and Engagement Triggers: Conduct regular analytics on engagement triggers to identify patterns and trends. Proactively communicate program statuses to relevant stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed about ongoing initiatives.
  • Client Dashboard Preparation and Analysis: Assign tasks / projects to the data team to prepare clients\' dashboards as committed in contracts. Perform pre- and post-campaign analysis, churn predictions, trends analysis, and RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis to derive actionable insights.
  • Data Management and Optimization: Manage and optimize data intake, validation, mining, and engineering processes. Develop and implement models for data modeling, visualization, and effective communication output.
  • CRM Platform Management: Take primary responsibility for managing the CRM platform. Analyze customer data to gain valuable insights, implement impactful marketing campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to ensure customer engagement and retention.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Define customer journey maps and touchpoints to enhance the overall customer experience throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to align CRM initiatives with the company\'s overall business strategies.

Experience required
  • A degree in computer science, math, engineering or other relevant
  • 5+ years of relevant experience is Data Mining, Machine learning, Predictive modelling, Geospatial Analytics
  • Proven experience in the design, implementation, and delivery of data products
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, No SQL, Python, R, data bricks, data factory, warehousing, data modelling
  • Proven experience in CRM management, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their customization and integration capabilities
  • Proficiency MS office specially in excel, PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of Visualization Tools, expecially Tableau and D3 technology is preferable
  • Must be resourceful, adaptable and be able to work in a fast-pace, high pressure, constantly changing environment.
