Job Description

Job Purpose: As Executive Head Chef, you will be passionate, creative, and able to demonstrate your flair, talent, and innovation. Responsible for ensuring that all relevant legislative and statutory obligations relating to food, health and safety, allergens, risk assessments/management, HAACCP and COSHH, are applied and maintained to high standards. Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef or similar level, ideally within volume catering and hospitality & events
  • Level 4 Senior Culinary or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience of leading a team of at least 25
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative
Desirable Criteria:
  • Higher Level Food Hygiene Qualification
  • Train the Trainer Certificate or equivalent
  • Executive Head Chef experience in a multi-site venue
Responsibilities:
  • Completing risk assessments/management
  • Delivering all financial commitments
  • Leading a team
Job Type: Contract Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
