ilizes Geographic Information Systems (GIS) principles, techniques, and analyses to complete a wide variety of difficult and complex assignments.

What You'll Be Doing:(responsibilities)

Creating and managing geospatial data for infrastructure, transportation, and urban development projects. Performing site analysis, alignment studies, and service coverage assessments. Supporting land use planning, plot subdivision, and development impact analysis. Assisting with BIM-GIS integration to support design coordination and visualization. Conducting data QA/QC, topology validation, and conversion between CAD, BIM, and GIS formats. Developing FME workbenches and Python tools for automation and geospatial reporting. Generating high-quality maps and dashboards for client and stakeholder use in Abu Dhabi. Collaborating with engineering, planning, and digital delivery teams to meet project requirements. Lead the preparation, execution, and review of GIS implementation and management plans at the program or project level. Create, maintain, and update digital maps across various projects using advanced GIS tools. Perform and guide comprehensive data input, cleansing, and analysis to ensure geospatial data integrity and uncover spatial patterns, trends, and insights.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree

in

Surveying , GIS, Geography, Geomatics, Engineering, Computer Science,

or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum 10+ years

of

GIS experience

in the AEC industry.

Proficient

in GIS platforms (e.g.,

ArcGIS Pro

, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online), CAD (AutoCAD),

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Esri GIS Certificate Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, FME, and Python Experience with BIM-GIS integration, 3D GIS, and GeoAI Understanding of infrastructure planning, urban development, and engineering workflows
