- Education: Bachelor's in computer science/IT or a postgraduate degree in Management
Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance for SAP S/4HANA EAM modules to ensure seamless service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functional support and configuration of SAP S/4HANA EAM
- Business process design and integration with Finance, Logistics, PS
- Conduct workshops, blueprinting sessions, and end-user training
- Prepare PDDs, BPPs, functional specs, and cutover strategies
- Focus areas: Equipment & Technical Objects, Preventive/Planned Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management, Work Clearance Management
- Support system upgrades, integration, enhancements, and ticket resolution
- Collaborate with third-party systems (e.g., Orion, Banks) for integration and ensure high availability
- SLA adherence on SAP ticket resolution
- Process improvement with quarterly enhancements
- System integration and change management compliance
- Accurate reporting via SAC and dashboard validation
- 7+ years in SAP EAM/PM with full-cycle implementations
- Strong business process and technical configuration skills
- Experience with Master Data Management and migration
- Proficiency in Multi-Resource Scheduling (MRS) and SAP Asset Manager
- Familiarity with Esri ArcGIS and SAP EAM integration
