About the role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Middle East Finance team. The successful candidate will report to Finance Director \xe2\x80\x93 Middle East, Africa & India. FTI is a matrix organization. As such, the role supports the region (Middle East, Africa & India) but also a global practice that is predominantly based in the Middle East. Primarily responsibilities includes internal MIS reporting, budgeting & forecasting exercises. The role will be based at our office in Dubai, UAE.

Key responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

- Generate timely and accurate financial reports for the region and global practices.

- Utilize advanced analytics tools, with a focus on PowerBI, to transform raw data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and provide financial information and ensure data accuracy.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Assist in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

- Evaluate budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business drivers and incorporate them into financial projections.

3. Matrix Reporting:

- Manage reporting processes for both the regional and global practices, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Communicate financial performance to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Collaborate with global teams to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiency.

- Design models for recharges between practices and also regions.

4. Data Visualization and Presentation:

- Design and create visually compelling dashboards using PowerBI to facilitate decision-making.

- Prepare presentations for senior management, showcasing key financial insights and trends.

- Translate complex financial data into easily understandable formats for various stakeholders.

5. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting processes and implement efficiency improvements.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in financial analytics.

Qualifications and experience

\xc2\xb7 Qualified chartered accountant or a Masters degree with specialization in Finance.

\xc2\xb7 Proven and minimum 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst with a focus on analytics.

\xc2\xb7 Strong proficiency in PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Excel is essential.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of finance principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

\xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.

\xc2\xb7 Experience working in a matrix organizational structure is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to multi-task, prioritise workload and effectively manage one\xe2\x80\x99s time

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to work in a team environment and independently in a fast-paced and changing environment
