Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Foreman
to oversee and manage a multi-disciplinary team of plumbers, electricians, and technical staff. The role requires hands-on supervision, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of projects while coordinating closely with engineers and project managers.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of plumbers, electricians, and technicians. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to project schedules. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Inspect completed work for compliance with safety standards, quality, and regulations. Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment. Train and mentor junior technicians and workers. Report work progress, issues, and manpower needs to the Project/ Site Engineer. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Required Skill Set:
Proven experience as a
Foreman / Senior Foreman
in construction or MEP projects. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general technical works. Ability to read and understand CAD drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Knowledge of safety standards (NEC, OSHA, local codes).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
