Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Finance Officer with hands-on experience in fund accounting, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance. The role involves managing fund accounting processes, cash and liquidity management, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Fund Accounting:

Oversee fund accounting operations, including NAV calculations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely recording of fund transactions in line with accounting standards and fund agreements.

Coordinate with custodians, fund managers, and auditors to resolve discrepancies.

Treasury Management:

Manage daily cash flows, liquidity planning, and fund allocations.

Monitor and optimize bank balances, investments, and borrowings.

Handle foreign exchange, payment settlements, and treasury operations as needed.

Compliance & Controls:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Support audits, regulatory filings, and risk mitigation initiatives.

Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard fund assets and operations.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare management reports, variance analyses, and performance summaries.

Provide insights on fund performance, cash positions, and compliance matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance with CPA, ACCA, CFA, CA certification 5-8+ years of experience in fund accounting, investment management, or related financial services. fund accounting, treasury, and compliance. Strong knowledge of mutual funds, hedge funds, private equity or other investment Proficiency in fund accounting software and MS Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines with high accuracy Strong knowledge of accounting standards, fund operations, and regulatory frameworks
