About the Role:

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior

Finance Officer

to mainly assist the

Finance Manager with

all restaurant finance activities for our hospitality operations. The successful candidate will create a robust finance control and compliance environment and support the restaurant / hotels to maximize profit and contribute and to implement operations Finance innovations and projects.

The Senior Finance Officer/ Accountant will support all activities performed by the Assistant Hotels / Finance lead, to include but not limited to, understanding financial performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and month-end closing activities, reviewing monthly financial statements in accordance with IFRS. Also implement policies and procedures required for better cost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth operation of all hotel finance activities in full compliance with the policy, regulatory and contractual framework.

Business partner with all hotel finance team members and the Hospitality Management team and supports the Assistant / Finance Lead in developing excellent working relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial, IT, Procurement, Operations, Shared Service Centers (where applicable).

In absence of the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer/ Accountant will assume responsibilities.

Participate in all relevant Finance training and development programs. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Collaborate with finance, logistics, and operations departments to streamline purchasing and cost compliance.

Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills

Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills

Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities

Must possess the ability to analyse large amounts of data / information efficiently and accurately

Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision, within initial training period after employee begins work

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting qualifications.

Minimum

4 years of experience

in

Hotel or Restaurant finance functions

, preferably in a

leading hospitality group.

Strong knowledge of Hotel Operations, supplies, cost control, and stakeholder management.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Finance software and MS Office applications.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
