Senior Finance Executive

Job Description
One of our clients, a well-established worldwide trading corporation situated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is searching for an Accounts Manager. As a finance Executive:
- Bookkeeping and financial transaction recording
- Well verse with Tally accounting software.
- Well verse with VAT documentation
- Warehouse stock management
- ISO 9001: 2015 documentation and Auditing.
- DUNS documentation and Auditing
- Regular Internal financial audits
- Well verse with LCs and international trade documents.
- Bank reconciliations
- Cash Flow Management and statement
- Renewals and statutory licensing - ICV, DUNS, ISO & others
- Study financial instruments and present opinion reports - bonds, stocks, structured notes
- Follow up on all receivables for early settlements
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to bank accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting banking relationships
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating bank contracts and agreements to maximize profit

- knowledge about corporate taxation laws
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting bankingg relationships
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executives
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Proven work experience as a finance executive
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Tally) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and Word)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
