Title: Senior Finance
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
+ Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.+ Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
+ Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance:
+ Lead preparation of annual financial statements.+ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
+ Oversee resolution of issues with external auditors.
+ Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.
Operational Finance:
+ Support in AR/AP issue resolution.+ Development of reports in relation to AR & AP.
+ Provide insights on cash flow, payment trends, and collections performance.
+ Oversee cash flow management and optimize working capital.
Process Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.+ Implement best practices for automation and technology integration in financial processes.
+ Support in system implementation & Migration.
Qualifications/Experience:
+ 10 years+ experience+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
+ Strong understanding of financial principles, reporting, and compliance.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and word.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Strong communication abilities.
