Job Summary

We are

Client Project Lead

to join our team in Dubai.

This is a

client-facing and strategic role

, not just a design position. You will lead client consultations, provide creative direction, and manage the project flow internally -- working closely with our design assistant, sampling team, and production department to bring concepts to life. You will act as the

main point of contact for clients

throughout the design and production process.

Responsibilities

Lead design consultations with clients, understand their vision, and provide creative input. Work as a

designer

to develop sketches, mood boards, and technical packs. Coordinate with in-house

Sampling

,

Production

, and

Marketing

teams to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee fittings, design execution, and sampling to maintain creative integrity. Track and manage project timelines; ensure deadlines are met and communicated clearly to clients. Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with internal teams to solve design or production challenges quickly and effectively. Ensure a premium level of service and client satisfaction at every stage.

Requirements

Minimum

5 years' experience

in fashion design (RTW, couture, or luxury). Strong creative vision with excellent technical knowledge of garment construction. Proven experience managing projects from

concept to production

. Excellent

communication and presentation skills

, with confidence leading client meetings. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, team-oriented

environment. Proficiency in design software (e.g. TUKAcad, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus. Must be

based in Dubai

or willing to relocate.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
