The Role

We're looking for a

Senior Creative Designer

who can lead concept development, guide junior talent, and roll up their sleeves when needed. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you'll help bring campaigns to life across branding, digital, print, motion, and presentations.

We are especially interested in candidates with proven expertise in both

fashion/retail branding

and

sports/wellness industries

. You should be confident providing creative direction for a range of clients; from high-end fashion labels to dynamic sports academies and associations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative development of brand, campaign, and social media projects Set and maintain design direction across multiple accounts, including brands in the

fashion, retail, lifestyle, wellness, and sports sectors

Deliver visual storytelling that aligns with each client's unique brand voice and audience Design compelling, visually rich presentations and decks for internal and external use Create and develop new

brand identities

, including logos and brand booklets Lead

rebranding projects

, from audit through to rollout Provide mentorship, feedback, and creative support to junior designers Translate briefs into high-quality static, animated, or interactive designs Prepare and review final files for both digital and print formats Create motion graphics for brand assets, campaigns, and social content Use Figma to develop prototypes, design systems, and layouts Participate in internal creative reviews, pitch sessions, and client-facing presentations Collaborate with producers, content teams, and print vendors

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of experience in a creative or design-focused role (agency or in-house) Proven experience working with

fashion, retail, or luxury brands

Proven experience working with

sports brands

,

associations

, or

academies

Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling through design Skilled in

logo design, rebranding, and brand guideline development

Proven ability to design and structure impactful pitch and brand decks Proficiency in tools such as

Figma, Pitch.com, Keynote, or Google Slides

(beyond Canva) Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Proficiency in After Effects for motion graphics and animated content Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or DALLE Excellent command of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Confidence in reviewing files for quality and consistency across formats Effective communicator and natural collaborator Proven ability to support and uplift junior creatives A compelling portfolio showcasing

fashion and sports work

, including branding, campaigns, motion, and deck design

Nice to Have

Familiarity with 3D or CGI tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D Experience building 3D mockups or simple renders Ability to

lead AI adoption within the design team

, identifying tools and workflows that improve efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and maintain creative quality

Proficiency in Arabic

for bilingual campaign design, typography, and layout localization
