Job Description

Talents Tide is seeking a Senior Executive Research & Insights for a Dubai government entity to manage customer satisfaction surveys, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experience across events, tenants, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute customer and tenant satisfaction surveys using tools like Qualtrics.
Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to support business decisions.
Prepare clear and insightful reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Coordinate survey fieldwork and onsite activities.
Maintain accurate research databases and archives.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in market research or consumer insights roles * Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and survey platforms.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
