About The Job

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve business efficiency. This includes analyzing current workflows and identifying areas for improvement.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams. This involves setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and ensuring a high level of employee morale and productivity.

Process Optimization:

Oversee the design and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness. Use data analysis to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.

Budgeting and Resource Management:

Manage the operational budget, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Quality Control and Compliance:

Ensure that all operational activities meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and human resources, to ensure seamless inter-departmental operations and support overall business goals.

Risk Management:

Identify potential operational risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.

Reporting:

Prepare and present detailed reports on operational performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management and the board of directors.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
