We are seeking a competent and organized Senior Operations Executive to oversee and manage both camp and office operations with a valid UAE light vehicle driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

Camp Operations:

Oversee daily operations and management of staff accommodations (labour camps). Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the camp. Coordinate room allocations, facility maintenance, and camp inventories. Liaise with service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and supply deliveries. Monitor discipline, cleanliness, and general well-being of camp residents.

Office Operations:

Support administrative functions including document control, data entry, and filing. Coordinate logistics related to staff deployment, materials, and supplies. Assist with procurement of office essentials and ensure stock availability. Facilitate communication between departments to ensure operational efficiency. Provide assistance in onboarding and mobilization of employees as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum

2-5 years of relevant experience

, preferably within labour supply, construction, or facility management sectors.

Valid UAE light vehicle driving license

is mandatory. Strong knowledge of operational and administrative procedures. Basic understanding of UAE labour accommodation regulations. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy. Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
