POSITION OVERVIEW The Senior Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for developing, executing, and evaluating learning programs that align with organizational goals. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in learning and development, a passion for employee growth, and the ability to create impactful training experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Training Needs Analysis: - Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements. - Collaborate with department heads to understand specific team needs and development goals. 2. Learning Program Design: - Develop engaging and effective learning programs, both in-person and online. - Design curriculum, training materials, and resources for various skill levels. 3. Training Delivery: - Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences. - Utilize various training methods, including e-learning platforms, to accommodate different learning styles. 4. Leadership Development: - Design and implement leadership development programs to nurture and enhance leadership capabilities. - Provide coaching and support to leaders for their continuous professional development. 5. Performance Management Support: - Collaborate with the HR team to integrate learning initiatives with performance management processes. - Align training programs with career development and succession planning. 6. Learning Technology Utilization: - Explore and implement innovative learning technologies to enhance training effectiveness. - Evaluate and recommend learning management systems and other tools. 7. Evaluation and Feedback: - Implement evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of learning programs. - Gather participant feedback and make continuous improvements to training content and delivery. 8. Compliance Training: - Ensure that mandatory compliance training programs are developed and delivered. - Keep abreast of industry regulations and update training content accordingly. 9. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with other HR functions, including Recruitment and Employee Relations, to support overall HR initiatives. - Work with department leaders to align training programs with business objectives. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field. - Proven experience in learning and development, with a focus on creating impactful training programs.
