Our client, a federal entity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Senior Specialist - L&D

(UAE National only) to join their team in

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

. This is a

full-time

position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of learning and development programmes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programmes across various formats (e.g., online, classroom, blended learning).

Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements based on data analysis and feedback.

Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.

Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.

Research and implement best practices in L&D to enhance the learning experience.

Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the L&D field.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar L&D role.

Strong instructional design and training delivery skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
