Job Description

We are seeking an excellent Senior Manager - L&D for our client in the financial services space.
Role Responsibilities:

Learning and Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to align with business objectives and Emiratisation goals, managing the annual budget for all L&D activities.
Training Programs Oversight: Manage training programs, coordinating resources and logistics to ensure completion within budget and timelines.
UAE National Development: Lead programs like the UAE National Graduate Programme and manage recruitment processes in collaboration with universities, ensuring a rigorous selection process.
Talent Management: Design and implement frameworks for performance, career, and leadership development, incorporating Emiratisation objectives to meet future business challenges.
Capability Management: Update organisational competency frameworks to support HR initiatives and promote desired capabilities.
Collaboration and Networking: Build and maintain relationships with external training providers, universities, and internal trainers to support HR strategy.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and practices in L&D to align with international best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Professional qualifications in HR or training
8-10 years' experience in L&D or HR, preferably in financial services
Experience with graduate development and Emiratisation initiatives
