Key Responsibilities
Coordinate internal communication, scheduling, and operational support for the F and B department
Supervise day-to-day administrative processes and act as a department liaison for guests and partners
Organize and support logistics for site visits and VIP events, ensuring effective inter-departmental coordination
Draft, update, and manage event proposals and maintain accurate departmental documentation
Oversee supply inventory, handle procurement processes, and follow up with suppliers and internal stores
Ensure that all communication and administrative standards align with Jumeirah brand policies
Job Requirements
UAE National with Family Book (as required for this role)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel environment
Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
