Job Description

  • Planning, implementing, and monitoring online marketing campaigns across all digital networks
  • Planning the social content calendars and managing all the group social media handles/platforms
  • Monitoring and managing the community such as META, Google etc.
  • Managing paid digital marketing mediums - retargeting, social media, programmatic, prospecting, PPC, affiliates etc.
  • Working with the website team to develop and manage the website digital campaign landing pages
  • Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with the customers
  • Drafting digital marketing calendars in line with business/brand plans and managing budget trackers for all the divisions
  • Compiling reports received from agencies for the various digital & social media campaigns. Analyzing and recommending inferences to enhance future campaigns
  • Handling online PR with external stakeholders
  • Managing and monitoring influencer marketing initiatives regionally \xe2\x80\x93 based on brand, category and group\xe2\x80\x99s interest
  • Reporting monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual digital performance of the group\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives to the top management
  • Driving the ecommerce business through performance marketing to result in an incremental ROI
  • Executing ongoing digital health checks for Group\xe2\x80\x99s online mediums and conducting an internal audit for our channels quarterly
  • Staying current with new digital marketing venues and using those as part of the overall marketing strategy
  • Executing any other functional duties as and when required

PROFILE:

  • Bachelors in Marketing/digital marketing or relevant field
  • Certified in Digital Marketing courses (SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, social media)
  • Should have expertise in SEO
  • Current and updated in the digital marketing technology space & best practices
  • Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Preferably with a retail or an advertising agency background servicing luxury and fashion brands
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords, Display, Programmatic advertising, CRM initiatives, on site marketing, SEM and other digital tools
  • Expertise in web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must
  • Must be a team player and a lateral thinker
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing with minimum 5-7 years in the GCC
  • Valid UAE Driving License
