Job Summary
The Senior Executive CRM will play a key role in supporting the Customer Service department by progressing cases on various Abu Dhabi government systems. The role requires a bilingual professional, preferably male, with hands-on experience in handling government-related submissions and ensuring smooth coordination with authorities and clients.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage submissions and progress cases on government systems.
  • Handle transactions such as resale cases, title deed issuance, and customer cases.
  • Visit and liaise with government entities to follow up on cases and resolve customer requirements.
  • Accompany clients to government offices when necessary to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide support to customers with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Receive training to handle general customer service tasks.
  • Assist the wider team with daily service and operational activities during periods of low government-related workload.
