Job Responsibilities

:

? Analyzing the Tender / Contract documents & preparation of BOQ's & drawings.

? Preparation of Tender / Bid documentation, project costing, joinery & fit out costing, quantitative and qualitative estimation.

? Preparation of Variation Costing, Compensation / Additional works / Additional time

? Conducting measurements, Site valuations & quantifying the materials involved in the scope of work.

? Managing & coordinating with subcontractors and also negotiating & ensuring to get their cost proposal on time.

? Preparation of cost Value Reconciliations.

? Client interfacing and good networking in Dubai markets.

? Preparation of cost estimates for budgeting study.

? Market enquiries, cost reviewing and analysis

? Maintenance of tender records / filing

? Preparation of claims & final Accounts

? Constantly updating price list & pricing compensation

? Follow up with all the Vendors

? Cost to company (investment into projects) analysis

? Cost benefits analysis of build-in house v/s subcontract.

? Above All do not miss an item or make an Error in Quantity Calculation

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cost estimation within the interior fitout industry, with at least 3 years in a senior role.

Skills:

Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
