Position: Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a skilled Estimator/Quantity Surveyor with strong experience in interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, evaluating tenders, and coordinating with project and procurement teams to ensure competitive and profitable project execution.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents.

Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Evaluate suppliers' and subcontractors' quotations for accuracy and compliance.

Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and value engineering.

Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for pricing and material selection.

Track project costs and variations throughout execution.

Prepare progress claims and assist in final account preparation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.

Strong knowledge of materials, suppliers, and cost control procedures.

Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Can join immediately (preferred).
