Senior Estimation & Pricing Manager

Position Overview:

The

Senior Estimation & Pricing Manager

is responsible for managing all activities related to pricing, cost estimation, and market benchmarking for fit-out and joinery projects.
This role requires a deep understanding of the UAE market, strong supplier and subcontractor relationships, and the ability to secure competitive pricing while maintaining quality and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the preparation of

accurate cost estimates

for design, fit-out, and joinery projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs to determine

materials, labor, and time requirements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with

suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors

to ensure competitive pricing and reliable delivery. Conduct

market research

and continuously update material and labor rates based on current market trends. Prepare

value engineering

proposals to optimize cost without compromising quality. Collaborate closely with the design and project management teams to ensure pricing accuracy and alignment with project scope. Prepare and present

commercial comparisons

and cost breakdowns for management review. Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve the best possible terms. Support tender submissions, quotations, and variation pricing. Ensure all estimates and proposals are completed

on time, accurately, and professionally.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in estimation and pricing within the

fit-out or joinery

industry in the UAE. Strong market knowledge and existing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Excel, and Estimation Software.

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
