We are looking for a skilled Estimation/Tendering Manager to oversee and manage the tendering process for large-scale projects. This role requires expertise in cost estimation, bid preparation, and negotiation to secure profitable contracts while ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders and bids for projects.
Analyze project documents including drawings, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, finance, and legal departments to prepare comprehensive tender proposals.
Review subcontractor and supplier quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
Assess risks and identify potential cost-saving measures in project bids.
Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and client specifications.
Maintain a database of cost information, tender documents, and historical bids for future reference.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform bidding strategies.
Present tender proposals to senior management and clients when required.
Manage timelines and ensure timely submission of all tender documents.
