Job Description

Qualification:



BSC in Civil Engineer or equivalent bachelor's degree

Experience:



7-10 years of experience in estimation, tendering and cost control

Key Skills Required:



? Receive inquires and download to estimation server.

? Pricing Commercial and industrial steel structure projects.

? Coordinating with different related departments regard to pricing.

? Preparing Technical and commercial Proposals in line with project specifications, drawings.... etc.

? Creating Estimation logs for projects records.

oBudget development.

?Study and Review Projects Draft Contracts and give comments regarding scope and technical issues.

? Preparation of Variation orders prices.

? Review/check variations & support the Project team with all backups required for variations submission.

Preferences:



Desired Candidate should join at the earliest and locally available in Qatar.

Transferable QID with NOC

Nationality - ANY
