HVAC SENIOR ENGINEER

System Design & Development:

Conceptualize and design integrated HVAC systems for commercial buildings and other structures.

Technical Calculations:

Perform energy calculations, load calculations, and structural analysis to ensure system integrity and performance.

Modeling & Documentation:

Create 3D BIM models of HVAC systems and develop technical specifications, data sheets, and material requisitions.

Equipment Specification:

Select and size appropriate HVAC equipment, such as air-source heat pumps and ventilation units.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration:

Work closely with architects, other engineering disciplines (like plumbing and electrical), and project teams to ensure seamless system integration.

Quality Control:

Review design calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure adherence to industry standards and project requirements.

Project Oversight:

Monitor project progress, provide technical support to design and construction teams, and contribute to project budgets and schedules.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance:

Investigate system issues, provide technical guidance, and participate in the planning of maintenance regimes for existing assets.

CONSTRUCTION/PROJECT MANAGER

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction to completion.

Resource Management:

Determine and acquire the necessary resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, and monitor their availability.

Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

Collaborate with engineers, architects, clients, vendors, and construction workers, ensuring clear communication and a coordinated approach.

Budget & Contract Management:

Manage project finances, track costs, negotiate with vendors, and oversee contract scope to ensure profitability and prevent costly reworks.

Quality & Safety Assurance:

Ensure all construction practices meet quality standards, client specifications, and health and safety regulations.

Risk & Issue Resolution:

Proactively identify potential problems, manage risks, and resolve any emerging construction site issues to keep the project on track.

Reporting & Communication:

Prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders, keeping them informed of milestones, progress, and any critical issues.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
