About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer & Project Manager with extensive experience in high-end residential, corporate, retail, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with strong project management skills to deliver exceptional spaces that meet client expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Creative Direction

Lead the conceptualization and execution of interior design projects from initial concept to completion. Develop bespoke design solutions, including spatial planning, material selection, and custom fixtures. Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and mood boards. Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client brand guidelines.

Project Management

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, and execution. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Manage project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure quality control throughout all phases. Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and project reports.

Client & Team Collaboration

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and translating it into actionable design plans. Present design concepts and project updates clearly and professionally. Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Process Improvement & Innovation

Identify opportunities to enhance design and project management workflows. Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into projects.

Qualifications & Skills:

Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
