Core Skills:
- Experience in managing the Citrix and Azure WVD infrastructure to ensure stable operation, this includes Designing, implementing, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing key functional areas in and around the Azure WVD and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, Citrix ADC (SDX, MPX, and VPX), Enterprise Mobility Infrastructure (XenMobile) and Dell Wyse Manager.
- Experience in Configuring storefront, Machine catalog, delivery groups using MCS, PVS and manual provisioning method to deliver on-demand virtual desktops and applications securely to end users through storefront and NetScaler gateway.
- Experience in Configuring WVD Session hosts, application group and workspace to deliver WVD to end user
- Experience in Configuring Azure premium file share and azure netapp files for FSLogix profile solution
- Experience in configuration of FSlogix and Citrix WEM solution for Profile and Folder redirection, outlook caching and App masking and cloud caching for DR solution.
- Experience in configuration of Dell Thin clients with WMS server
- Advanced Knowledge on Implementation and administration of Citrix NetScaler Appliance (VPX/MPX/SDX) which includes configuration of gateway, Load balancing, Content Switching, GSLB, SSL Offloading, High availability, Single Sign On, firmware upgradation using NetScaler on VPX/MPX/SDX appliance.
- Advance Knowledge in Nutanix and VMware Virtualization (Vcenter, ESXI, Prism Central, Prism Element and AHV management, Nutanix files)
- Experience in Deploying Mobile Device and Application Management solutions using Citrix XenMobile, configuring polices to manage devices and applications, wrapping of IOS/Android apps, publishing MDX and public applications in secure hub as per requirements.
- Technical support, configuration and operational maintenance of Virtual Desktop Infra hosted in Microsoft Azure, Nutanix and VMware environment
- Maintain compliance and governance, in line with organizational policies
- Configuring VM for optimum cost, performance and security
- Incident & Change management in line with ITIL processes
- Related Citrix/Azure certifications
Additional Information
Additional Skills Required:
- Good Understanding of azure cloud components such as Azure monitor, compute, key-vault, Encryption, routing, Storage account and file storage solution like Azure files and Azure Netapp files
- Good Understanding on Server Hardware management
- Good Understanding of Network and storage
- Worked extensively with Active Directory services, Group Policy Management, LDAP and certificates.
- Good Knowledge in ITIL Process management
- Project management for azure/Citrix based initiatives and projects.
