Position Overview
This role manages and coordinates electrical maintenance activities across ADNOC owned residential, VIP villas, office buildings, and leased assets in Abu Dhabi and Ruwais. It ensures safe operation, efficient maintenance, long asset life, and compliance with engineering, HSE, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical guidance and monitor all electrical maintenance activities for ADNOC owned properties, ensuring contractor performance meets SLAs, KPIs, and engineering standards.
Prepare annual preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical and electronic systems.
Review, amend, and audit maintenance programs submitted by service providers to ensure correct implementation, proper spares usage, and timely completion.
Investigate delays or recurring equipment issues, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
Oversee BMS operations and report non conformities.
Inspect buildings and villas, verify completion of major maintenance tasks, and respond to urgent issues.
Plan maintenance priorities, estimate resources, and coordinate contractor assignments.
Prepare annual requirements for equipment and spares, assist in procurement planning, and inspect materials upon delivery.
Review quotations, invoices, and payment certificates from contractors and provide recommendations.
Implement PPM plans, checklists, method statements, and risk assessments.
Participate in contractor performance evaluations and monthly progress reviews.
Provide technical support on electrical layouts, modifications, equipment replacement, and upgrades.
Prepare activity reports highlighting system performance, maintenance status, and improvement opportunities.
Modifications and Projects
Prepare feasibility reports, design drawings, and cost estimates for electrical system additions, expansions, and upgrades.
Coordinate with internal project teams on new builds and handover to maintenance.
Develop technical specifications and scopes of work for contracts and tenders.
Review project documentation including design reports, shop drawings, T&C procedures, as built files, and O&M manuals.
Participate in FAT, commissioning, snagging, and de snagging.
Ensure implementation of QMS procedures including method statements, ITPs, MIRs, WIRs, PTW, and document transmittals.
Support LEED requirements for modification works in ADNOC HQ.
Energy Saving
Participate in energy management activities for electrical systems.
Assist with energy audits, risk assessments, and operational plans to reduce consumption.
Review and maintain LEED O&M tracking sheets.
Civil and Engineering Coordination
Review documents from Civil Project teams and provide engineering feedback.
Ensure smooth handover and proper documentation for electrical systems.
Safety
Liaise with HSE teams to identify risks, implement mitigation measures, and support a strong safety culture.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC safety procedures and accountability framework.
Ideal Profile
Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum six years of professional electrical maintenance experience in a large organization.
Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and contractor coordination.
Knowledge of safety procedures, electrical hazards, and maintenance planning.
Strong communication and scheduling abilities.
