Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Editor to lead our editing team and oversee the end-to-end post-production process. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling abilities, technical expertise in editing software, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the editing team and ensure timely delivery of projects Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality final outputs Ensure consistency in visual style, tone, and storytelling across projects Collaborate closely with directors, producers, writers, and creative teams Review edits and provide constructive feedback to junior editors Manage post-production workflows, timelines, and deadlines Maintain and organize digital assets and project files Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and tools Ensure content meets brand guidelines and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Editor or Lead Editor Strong command over editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual judgment Experience handling long-form and short-form content Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Attention to detail and high creative standards Experience in film, production house, digital media, or advertising agency Knowledge of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics Experience working with social media and digital platforms Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
