Manage day to day operations of global E-commerce B2C and B2B stores and marketplace channels.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR and other departments on new title launches and promotions.
Collaborate with paid media agency and Marketing to improve Ad Conversion Rates and manage Customer Acquisition costs.
Collaborate with design and development agency on UX/UI roadmap to improve AOV, CVR and the overall customer journey.
Grow Customer Lifetime Value and manage retention marketing channels including email, SMS, and the development of a new loyalty program.
Liaise with external Affiliate and SEO/SEM agency on driving high quality traffic toAssouline.com
Collaborate with retail teams on omni-channel initiatives to improve the customer experience.
Work with Operations teams on providing best in class fulfillment, customer service and post-purchase experiences.
Use data analytics and data visualization to generate customer insights and find growth opportunities.
Manage unique Special Projects including but not limited to Augmented Reality and Internationalization.

Requirements

3 years experience in E-Commerce in UAE .
Must be knowledge about Noon , Amazon , Dragon mart.ae , Email marketing , SEO, Google Ads, Keywords and ranking , etc. .
Passion for all things e-commerce and digital innovation.
Eye for compelling creative and visual storytelling.
Expertise in Google Analytics, Shopify Plus.
Strong data analytics and ad hoc reporting skills.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
