Planet Telecom, is a Dubai-based electronics retailer, selling the latest and high-quality electronics including mobile phones, smartwatches, audio systems, drones, mobile accessories, and etc. We have recently started to sell our products on eCommerce platforms such Amazon.ae and Noon.com and are growing. We are passionate about delivering outstanding service to our customers at the best prices in the market. We have immediate opening for an e-commerce specialist to join our existing e-commerce team. Key Duties Primarily responsible for presenting and selling company products and services via e-commerce channels. This includes management of multiple Amazon.ae, Noon.com, and other additional digital marketplace channels. Responsibilities

• Day to day hands on management of Planet Telecom's presence & products on e-commerce platforms. Product presentation (listing products and inventory), product marketing strategy , pricing, and adjusting all these as often needed.
• Generate and implement new initiatives to increase online sales and profitability.
• Direct customer support both technical and transactional via e-commerce platforms or other tools.
• Establishing and monitoring prices for all products in the eCommerce channel.
• Maintain a keen awareness of our competition to study what works and what does not.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets, and potential sales volumes.
• Establish necessary direct relationship with e-commerce retailers to feature Planet Telecom's products on their platforms.
• Prepare data analyses to adjust prices on daily basis on Excel or other similar tools.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, trends, etc.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

Skills

• Knowledge and experience using the Amazon.ae platform and/or Noon.com platform as a seller.
• High enthusiasm towards learning about new electronic products, digital marketplace, and technology trends.
• Energetic and self-motivated. Strong drive for sales and performance management.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred.
• Graduate
