Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Draughtsman (Civil & Landscape)
with6+ years of UAE experience
and provenleadership skills
to lead the drafting team and deliver accurate, high-quality civil and landscape drawings. The role involves supervising junior draughtsman, coordinating with engineers and site teams, and ensuring full compliance with UAE authority standards and project requirements.Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and mentor
junior draughtsman and drafting teams
. Prepare, review, and finalizeIFC, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
. Ensure all drawings comply withUAE authority standards and project specifications
. Coordinate withengineers, consultants, and site teams
for smooth execution. Review and resolveconsultant and authority comments
efficiently. Plan, assign, and monitordrafting workloads and deadlines
. Maintain strictdrawing quality, standards, and revision control
. Providetechnical guidance and problem-solving support
to the team. Support site teams withclarifications, updates, and revisions
.Key Requirements & Skills
6+ years of relevant UAE experience
in civil and landscape drafting. Advanced proficiency inAutoCAD
(mandatory). Strong knowledge ofUAE authority regulations
(DM, DEWA, RTA, ADM, etc.). Proventeam leadership and mentoring experience
. Solid experience inroads, utilities, grading, hardscape, and softscape works
. Excellent coordination, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and lead under tight deadlines.Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or certification in
Civil Engineering / Drafting
. Experience withconsultants and contractors in the UAE
. Knowledge ofCivil 3D or BIM tools
