Draftsman (Civil / Landscape)
Job Title: Draftsman - Civil & Landscape
Department: Design & Engineering
Reporting To: Senior Architect / Design Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to produce detailed technical drawings and plans for our civil and landscape renovation projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to transform design concepts into clear, accurate, and buildable drawings for permits, tendering, and construction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for civil works (layout, demolition, structural details, finishing) and landscape designs (hardscape, softscape, irrigation, lighting) using AutoCAD.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site measurements for existing villas and properties.
• Revise and update drawings based on mark-ups from engineers, architects, and client feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of material schedules and shop drawings.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, relevant codes, and regulations.
• Coordinate with the engineering and execution teams to resolve any design conflicts on paper before they arise on site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or Drafting.
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in a renovation or fit-out company.
• High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of other software like SketchUp, Revit, or Lumion is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and terminology for both civil and landscape works.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with the design and project teams.
