About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Jumeirah\'s Group and Corporate office for an experienced Senior Director of Brand Loyalty to drive our function globally. The main responsibilities of this role include:

JUMEIRAH ONE / LOYALTY MANAGEMENT:

Lead and oversee the Jumeirah loyalty programme (Jumeirah One), including but not limited to strategic direction, programme management, operational implementation, and marketing distribution.

Develop integrated, customer lifecycle marketing strategies designed to increase customer retention, loyalty and ultimately drive revenues across the different loyalty platforms.

Manage and develop the loyalty programme budgets on both the revenue and cost side, implementing standard accounting procedures required for loyalty programmes.

Develop and implement strategies that grow the Jumeirah One membership base, drive sales and direct traffic, leverage CRM, loyalty and partnership programmes.

Oversee the loyalty customer care/ call centres to deliver against service level agreements around response times, service quality and case resolution to drive customer satisfaction and understand root cause analysis to enhance product offering.

DATA & INSIGHTS:

Identify individual customer segments, buying patterns and preferences by analysing and understanding behaviours and trends and recommending specific initiatives to retain and grow the various customer segments.

Ensure the effectiveness of data mining and analysis techniques in the forecasting of buying habits and preferences.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS:

Identify key long term global strategic marketing partners for the Jumeirah Group with the goal to increase brand awareness and acquire new and relevant customers in key markets.

Develop and execute near and long-term marketing strategies for each partner to drive incremental revenues to Jumeirah Hotels.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess subordinates productivity and progress and identify training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University.

5-8 years of loyalty marketing and/or CRM experience preferably with an international hospitality company or a recognized blue-chip organization.

Experience of working in an international capacity and a solid understanding of cultural and market differences within the relevant regions.

Management of external partners.

Strong working knowledge of CRM tools, database management and analytics

Marketing and CRM experience, including customer loyalty and direct marketing programmes.
