Overview:
The purpose of this role is to engage, communicate and align providers in Abu Dhabi to timely onboard them on VCP. Ensure that providers align and sign the provider agreements. Also, devise provider retention and adoption strategies to accelerate adoption of VCP. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to providers (hospitals, clinics, pharmacies) in Abu Dhabi
- Own end-to-end strategy of retention and expansion campaigns across providers to increase activation, engagement, adoption, and retention.
- Build a holistic view of how providers learn about VCP features and services, stay up to date on what\'s new, and understand how to leverage VCP to meet their healthcare needs.
- Drive alignment with marketing and cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Account Management, BI, and others to drive the strategy, gather business requirements, and ensure delivery of effective experiences that drive adoption.
- Collaborate with the product team to design and deliver customized training programs about VCP to the providers, payers, and other stakeholders as and when needed.
Ensure timely onboarding of all providers in Abu Dhabi on VCP. Qualifications:
- 10-12+ years\' experience in a similar role in a high-growth company preferably in healthcare industry.
- 4-6+ years of management experience.
- Demonstrated success defining and executing customer campaigns and customer retention strategies.
- Ability to prioritize work efforts and navigate change.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in identifying opportunities and recommending solutions
- Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience developing and managing budgets and hiring, training, developing, supervising, and evaluating personnel.
- Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter and comfortable with extreme ambiguity.
