Job Description

To lead and execute the company's full digital marketing strategy, manage all online platforms, design and run successful marketing campaigns, and create impactful content (posts, videos, ads) that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an integrated

digital marketing strategy

across all platforms.

Manage all company accounts on

social media platforms

(Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Plan, create, and publish engaging

content

(posts, stories, Reels, short videos, etc.).

Supervise the production of visual content in collaboration with design and video editing teams.

Launch, monitor, and optimize

paid advertising campaigns

on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads.

Track and analyze campaign performance and prepare regular

reports and insights

Conduct ongoing

market and competitor research

, and suggest new growth opportunities and creative directions.

Lead seasonal and promotional marketing initiatives.

Develop a

monthly content calendar

aligned with brand and business goals.

Manage customer and audience interactions across all platforms to maintain a strong digital presence.

Coordinate with sales, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment of marketing activities with company goals.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience

in digital marketing and social media management.

Demonstrated success in managing campaigns and delivering measurable results (ROI, traffic, leads).

Proficiency in tools such as

Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok for Business

.

Strong skills in managing and working with creative teams (design, video, content).

Excellent copywriting and marketing storytelling skills.

Experience with scheduling, analytics, and CRM tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics, HubSpot).

Ability to create or oversee the creation of

short-form video content

.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
