Deploy and maintain applications on cloud-native micro-services architecture
Manage the continuous integration and delivery pipeline to maximize efficiency
Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system/data backup, recovery, and security/performance monitoring
Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability
Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments

Support and work alongside a cross-functional engineering team on the latest technologies

Iterate on best practices to increase the quality & velocity of deployments
Continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards, and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience as DevOps engineer

Experience with maintaining and deploying highly-available, fault-tolerant systems at scale
Strong experience with AWS or any other cloud platform
Strong experience with containers (Docker, Compose, ECS, Kubernetes)
Strong experience with various managed and self-hosted CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Travis, Drone, Mule, Spinnaker)
Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, Circle CI
Strong experience with version control system experience (e.g. Git)
Strong experience with SQL RDBMS experience (e.g. Postgres)
Experience with NoSQL experience (e.g. Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible)
Experience with code quality tools such as SonarQube
Experience with artifact servers
