BWP is representing is a reputable property developer with a proven track record in the UAE. The portfolio operations expand to international markets with a strong focus on master planned community and city developments. Some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s most iconic projects are created by the team and they compete with the leading real estate developers worldwide.
As part of their growing portfolio the team are recruiting at various levels across the development team. At senior level you will be responsible for driving the project/s from inception to completion and in some cases operations. This will include participating in feasibility studies, assessing project costs and income to find solutions for best ROI, sales and marketing, master planning, design and construction, creation of development strategy and monitoring progress in project KPIs and delivery targets.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in either design, architecture, master planning, economics or urban design with full project lifecycle experience for major mixed use developments. MBA is preferred.
You will have a proven track record in real estate projects ideally including high-density residential developments, hotels, shopping malls and commercial.
Due to the level of expectation and fast paced environment, this position is only suited to those who bring proven experience in the relevant fields mentioned above.
