The Role

:

? Prepare concept proposal drawings covering company systems, including windows, doors, sliding, and curtain wall solutions. ? Coordinate with PCS team members to align design intent and project requirements. ? Review architectural drawings to identify potential design challenges and propose value-engineering options. ? Stay continuously up to date with the latest company systems and solutions.

Senior Designer - Pre Construction Service Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 16K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus annual bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A global supplier of sustainable aluminum window, door, and facade systems in Dubai. Qualifications: ? 40 years old and below ? Atleast 3 years' experience in facade/system design (aluminum doors, windows, sliding, curtain wall) with strong proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit/BIM ? Must have a solid understanding of design detailing, fabrication requirements, and facade performance principles, with familiarity in European system suppliers ? Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a reliable, collaborative, and proactive approach to problem-solving
