Job Description

Proven experience (10 years +) in technical design management within the building sector, preferably in Dubai or the UAE. In-depth knowledge of interior fit-out design principles, materials, and construction methods. Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes, and industry standards. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, 3D modeling tools, and rendering software. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with sustainability practices and green building certification is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED27,000.00 per month
