Were looking for a talented and experienced Senior Design Manager to join our client, a high:end architectural firm in Dubai, UAE. If you have 20+ years of experience in architecture or design management:and at least 15 of those in senior roles within the UAE:you could be the perfect fit. This is a key leadership role where youll oversee a wide range of projects, from hospitality and mixed:use developments to commercial, residential, and master planning. Youll be responsible for guiding project teams, managing design quality, and ensuring that every detail aligns with our standards and the clients vision. A deep understanding of local building codes, sustainability, and multidisciplinary coordination is essential. What Were Looking For: * Proven experience managing complex design projects across various sectors * Strong grasp of local regulations and sustainable design principles * Excellent leadership and team coordination skills * Confidence in client:facing roles and high:level presentations To be considered, candidate must have: * Bachelor of architecture or civil engineering * 15+ years of expereince working with architecture and engineering consultants in UAE * residential and hospitlaity expereince If youre passionate about design excellence and ready to take on a senior leadership role, wed love to hear from you.
