Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in BIM methodologies and tools: Autodesk Revit (essential), Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC,
environmental modeling tools, and experiential design software (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine for VR walkthroughs). Proficiency in related design software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
Strong understanding of coastal engineering principles, sustainable/resilient design (LEED, BREEAM, WELL, SITES), and environmental impact mitigation.
Fluency in regenerative design frameworks (Living Community Challenge, Biophilic Design).
Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials (especially coastal durability), and luxury detailing.
