Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a broad delivery portfolio, managing prioritization, resource allocation, and interdependencies across multiple banking and technology domains
• Own and manage delivery budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, financial governance, and alignment with approved investment plans
• Drive execution of cross-domain programs through structured delivery governance, steering committees, and performance dashboards
• Collaborate closely with product, architecture, infrastructure, operations, security, and enterprise IT teams to ensure seamless execution and integration
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party delivery partners to ensure accountability, performance, and delivery quality
• Provide leadership to cross-functional technology teams, fostering innovation, agility, and disciplined delivery practices
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource forecasts aligned with strategic priorities
• Ensure strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
• Track, monitor, and report key delivery scorecards and KPIs, including audit findings and risk items
• Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
• Overall professional experience of 12 years or more, with at least 10 years in program or portfolio management roles
• Proven expertise in managing complex delivery portfolios across multiple banking segments
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting, cost control, and delivery performance optimization
• Deep understanding of wealth, business banking products, and end-to-end customer journeys
• Proficiency in agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders
• Demonstrated capability in delivery risk, issue, and dependency management
