You'll be working on projects with direct impact, from antibody-drug conjugates for cancer to personalized regenerative therapies.
The Mission
We're looking for a hands-on, visionary Lead Data Scientist who can code like an engineer, think like a systems architect, and inspire like a CTO. This role isn't about sitting in meetings, it's about rolling up your sleeves and building the AI backbones that power the next generation of human health.
You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams across:
Click Chemistry + Clicktromics(TM): Predictive modeling and optimization of bioorthogonal reactions, payload-linker-drug assembly, and ADC design.
Digital Twin: Multi-omics ingestion pipelines, real-time model training, patient simulation, and therapy prediction engines.
Federated AI Systems: Model pruning, secure training, and orchestration across global nodes.
What You'll Do
Architect & Build
Develop GNN, transformer, and hybrid AI pipelines for molecular design and patient-specific modeling.
Integrate click chemistry modeling tools into the Prepaire SDK for in silico-to-in vitro feedback loops.
Lead & Inspire
Manage data science, bioinformatics, and ML engineering teams across continents.
Collaborate with chemists, biologists, and hardware engineers to translate science into scalable code.
Innovate & Deliver
Turn scientific breakthroughs (e.g., new linkers or ADC payloads) into deployable, AI-driven design modules.
Build predictive models that guide therapeutic selection inside the GenetiQ Digital Twin.
You Bring
PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry, or related field.
Deep experience in machine learning for biology (drug design, multi-omics modeling, protein-ligand interactions, or similar).
Fluency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
Hands-on experience with chemical informatics (RDKit, DeepChem) and structural biology toolkits.
Proven leadership of cross-functional teams in high-stakes, time-critical projects.
Bonus: Experience with federated learning, quantum chemistry models, or iPSC/organoid modeling.
