Job Description
We are seeking 9+ years experienced professional who should have the capabilities to manage both technical and non-technical teams.
Technical Capabilities
Strong understanding of AI/ML and GenAI concepts (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering). Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks. Experience with MLOps, cloud platforms, and model lifecycle management. Knowledge of data engineering fundamentals and data pipelines. Understanding of solution architecture and system integration (APIs, microservices).
Non-Technical Capabilities
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication with business and technical teams. Ability to translate complex AI concepts into simple business language. Change management and user adoption experience (training, enablement, workshops). KPI definition, ROI measurement, and performance tracking for AI solutions. Ability to define AI use cases, prioritize roadmaps, and align initiatives with business goals. Problem-solving, issue escalation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong project and program management capabilities. Understanding of AI governance, ethics, compliance, and risk management.
