About the role: Lead efforts around data analysis, summarization, verification and benchmarking of proprietary AI algorithms. All tasks are aimed at constant improvement of the company\'s proprietary innovative AI algorithms and solutions.
The right candidate will carry strong respect for \'data\' and would have demonstrated an obsessive rigour to ensure data consistency and promote data hygiene.

Preferable experience in:
\xc2\xb7 Running test scripts for benchmarking and performance testing of algorithms
\xc2\xb7 Maintaining test databases for AI algorithms.

- Be the primary custodian of all kinds of data that is used for developing and evaluating cutting-edge AI algorithms. You will be responsible to manage not only the training data, but also the \xe2\x80\x9chold-out\xe2\x80\x9d data that will be hidden from the AI algorithm developers.
- Help permeate the culture of \xe2\x80\x9cData is a First Class Citizen\xe2\x80\x9d across the company.
- Manage various code & scripts used for Data analysis purpose.
- Put in place the systems and processes to routinely benchmark the company\'s proprietary AI algorithms, analyze the results and summarize the findings in a report
- With 3 to 5 years of prior experience in data analysis, preferably with multiple types (image, video, sensors). The ideal candidate should have demonstrable hands-on experience in most of the below:
- Coaching and mentoring Data Analysts
- Working with Azure data storage systems.
- Owning and managing the various types of databases including metadata.
- Automating of repetitive data related tasks using Python and Shell scripts
- Maintaining data dashboards that track various metrics regarding the data diversity, AI model accuracy etc. Preferably on PowerBI.
